bksunday Report post Posted 05/04/2006 03:21 PM Hi, 1st problem: 104824.09 0 ERROR 6.0.3107 dial DbFindDueCall_MSAccess [Too few parameters. Expected 1.] line=210 104824.11 0 ERROR 6.0.3107 dial DbFindDueCall_MSAccess [Variable objet ou variable bloc With non définie] line=250 it keeps repeating that forever and the line isn't in my script or config.xml neither configline.xml. 2nd problem: my line does answer very quick now that it doesn't wait for callerID but, if I put more lenght on other lines, the callerID still doesn't come up neither in the call log. 3rd problem: all the sound files play slow! they are normal if I play them with winamp no problem but when VG access then when needed, it converts my 11k 8bit mono .wav file to .vox file and my cute woman voice sounds like a male retart now! I looked around alot and haven't found how to fix any of that so i'll send you my configline, config and script. Thank you. Anthony. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2006 08:42 PM 1. Stop VG, then delete file OutDial.mdb in VG's \data\ subdirectory, then restart VG. 2. So CallerID doe not show up even if you answer call after 2 Rings or more? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
