Only Three Line Appear

I just installed Dialogic D/4PCIU with SR6.0 and VoiceGuide (with Dialogic Patch). Everything worked all right until after I registered my copy of VoiceGuide. I have a 4 lines license but there are only 3 lines appears on the VoiceGuide when I started it. Any idea what's going wrong? Thanks.

Is Config.xml specifying for VG to open 4 lines?

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=0

SapiWrapOcx=0

Then stop and start VG

 

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

Config.xml specifies VG to open 4 lines.

 

I open the About Voice Guide window and saw that I have Personal Edition, 3 line license while it should be Enterprise Edition, 4 line license.
