salter Report post Posted 05/05/2006 12:48 AM I just installed Dialogic D/4PCIU with SR6.0 and VoiceGuide (with Dialogic Patch). Everything worked all right until after I registered my copy of VoiceGuide. I have a 4 lines license but there are only 3 lines appears on the VoiceGuide when I started it. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=0 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then stop and start VG Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. I open the About Voice Guide window and saw that I have Personal Edition, 3 line license while it should be Enterprise Edition, 4 line license. Log and screenshot of the about window is attached.
