How Does $rv[voicemail Box Xxxx] Work?

Hi again everyone. I read in the help file that this result variable is available to use. So in my case, I would like the script to say the last filename in mail box 911. I entered $RV[Voicemail Box 911] and it does not work. I also tried in VBScript to save this to the results file and only the text appears, not the filename.

 

Any ideas?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, along with your script, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
