can u send me the link from where i can found TAPI DRIVERS to install?

 

My OS is WINDOWS 2000 professional.while following tapi drivers installation step from the help file,i am not able to find advanced tab on clicking Phone and Modem icon.I am getting just window "Location Information" having everything blank(nothing in country selection combobox).

 

Please suggest me the solution for it.

The drivers should come with the modem. If they do not then contact the modem manufacturer to see which drivers should be installed...

I have followed the instructions as per the help still I am not able to resolve. pl. help.

You should contact the manufacturer of the modem/card which you are using and ask them to supply the drivers for their card which you are using....

I have gone thru the link and installed rest of features.

When installing TAPI i am not getting the advanced Tab on clicking phone and modem icon.

When using a Dialogic card you should not be installing TAPI...

 

Download "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file in that download.
