Sound And Response Conflict

I've got a problem using VG:

If a user presses a digit or enters a number while VG is playing a sound file (in play or say number module), VG will hang and stop working.

But if the user does it after the sound, everything goes well.

Anybody can help me?

 

This is my set:

VoiceGuide 4.9.0

OS: Windows XP

Modem: Rockwell HCF V92 56K Speakerphone PCI Modem

We've seen a case before when one modem thought that it was hearing a busy tone if a telephone key was pressed when a sound file was playing - and then modem was instructing VoiceGuide to hang up.

 

This is most likely what must be happening with your modem as wee - but we'd need to see the trace log just to confirm this - please post a trace log here which captures an incoming call and I can see if this is happening or if it something else.

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.
