Talker32 Not Responding

Hi,I have a problem that Talker32 (a dilaogic test program) not resoponding.I have installed SR1.1SP1,Global Call 4.2,Tapi,Wave Drivers.Please tell me the solution.

If Talker32 does not want to work with your card then you should contact the Dialogic card provider.
