Authentication System

Hello,

 

Im trying to implement an authentication system for our clients, where they call, and after entering their user id and password their total balance is said. I have tried different methods but allways have some error or other. Is it possible if i could see couple of implemented scripts for my reference and see where im going, cos im not sure where im wrong also.
