Guest SalC Report post Posted 07/15/2003 06:30 PM Hi. I would like to know how to add a prefix for the Send message to phone module. We need to dial 9 to get an outside line. How can I add a pause? I would also like to know if I can add a pause after the number dialed to connect to an extension. I tried the following and it does not work. 9,xxxxxxx,,xxx Commas don't work for pause... Please help, Thanks again! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/15/2003 10:33 PM Are you using a modem or a Dialogic card? Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. Please capture both the incoming call which sets the "Make Call", and the outbound call itself. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
Guest SalC Report post Posted 07/17/2003 03:10 PM Using a voice modem with version 4.90. Please answer this question and the other posts I left with my usr name SalC / Sal, as these fixes will determine our purchase. Thank you. Here is the log of a call with a comma in the phone number. It only dials the 9 and nothing after the comma. It will also not escalate to an alternate number... 03015 0 tapie callstate OFFERING 66271 0 4 03015 0 tapie ring 1 05899 0 tapie ring 2 05899 0 Answer the call 05899 0 lineAnswer(66271) => 66272 05899 0 tapie callstate ACCEPTED 66271 0 0 07171 0 tapi Reply 66272 0 07181 0 tapie callstate CONNECTED 66271,0,0 07181 0 WorkingModeTAPI= 07181 0 WorkingModeScript= 07181 0 Inband detection not enabled 07181 0 [Run VB Script 1] Running VB Script... 07231 0 VBScript Run waiting... 08173 0 Found result file: VGRUNRESULT_0.TXT 08183 0 Run Results >>>[CallDate]{7/17/2003}[CallTime]{11:08:18 AM}[CallDay]{Thu}<<< 08183 0 [QueryTech] DB Query 08183 0 Jet mode used (To use ODBC mode specify ODBC Connect string) 08193 0 RVreplace start: [select Phone1, Phone2, Phone3 From Schedule where StartDate <= #$RV[CallDate]# And EndDate >= #$RV[CallDate]# And StartTime <= #$RV[CallTime]# And EndTime >= #$RV[CallTime]# And Days Like '*$RV[CallDay]*'] 08203 0 RVreplace end: [select Phone1, Phone2, Phone3 From Schedule where StartDate <= #7/17/2003# And EndDate >= #7/17/2003# And StartTime <= #11:08:18 AM# And EndTime >= #11:08:18 AM# And Days Like '*Thu*'] 08203 0 About to execute Retrieve Operation [select Phone1, Phone2, Phone3 From Schedule where StartDate <= #7/17/2003# And EndDate >= #7/17/2003# And StartTime <= #11:08:18 AM# And EndTime >= #11:08:18 AM# And Days Like '*Thu*'] 08203 0 [QueryTech] row count=1 08213 0 [Phone Message 1] Make Outbound Call 08223 0 HangupCall called from [Run module 3018] 08223 0 Hanging up call... 08223 0 PlaySoundStop ok 08233 0 fnHangupCall end 08413 0 tapie callstate DISCONNECTED 66271,1,0 08423 0 LsAwaitingCalls EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 08423 0 PlaySoundStop ok 08423 0 HangupCall called from [] 08423 0 Hanging up call... 08423 0 PlaySoundStop ok 08433 0 fnHangupCall end 08433 0 tapie callstate IDLE 66271 0 0 08433 0 WorkingMode@Idle= 08453 0 set EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 2 08453 0 tapi Reply 66323 0 08463 0 tapi Reply 66186 0 09244 0 Loading from C:\Program Files\ivg\data\DialListNew.txt 09254 0 Loaded 1 entries. 09254 0 Ready To DialOut : 1 (out of 1) 09364 0 LsAwaitingCalls EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 09364 0 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE start 09374 0 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:66271) 0 09985 0 lineOpen(0) => 0 09985 0 Waiting for a call... 09985 0 lineOpen(0)LineHandle=66118 11267 0 Ready To DialOut : 1 (out of 1) 13280 0 Ready To DialOut : 1 (out of 1) 15283 0 Ready To DialOut : 1 (out of 1) 15293 0 Dialing: 9 15293 0 MakeCall => 66169 15293 0 TapiCbTrigSet 66169 7002 15303 0 tapi Reply 66169 0 15303 0 TapiCbTrigClear 15423 0 tapie callstate DIALING 66203 0 0 15423 0 tapie callstate PROCEEDING 66203 0 0 18578 0 tapie callstate CONNECTED 66203,0,0 18578 0 WorkingModeTAPI= 18578 0 WorkingModeScript= 18578 0 Dialing: Playing introduction message 18628 0 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\ivg\system\voice\AcceptAutoCall.wav] 19429 0 Erasing Script Id 3 21702 0 tapie callstate DISCONNECTED 66203,1,0 21712 0 LsDialoutPlayAcceptAuto EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 21712 0 DELETE FROM CallQue WHERE ID=3; 21722 0 HangupCall called from [paly accept auto 3] 21722 0 Hanging up call... 22363 0 PlaySoundStop ok 22483 0 Waiting for a call... 22483 0 fnHangupCall end 22483 0 PlaySoundStop ok 22493 0 HangupCall called from [] 22493 0 Hanging up call... 22493 0 PlaySoundStop ok 22493 0 Waiting for a call... 22503 0 fnHangupCall end 22503 0 tapi Reply 66084 0 22543 0 tapie callstate IDLE 66203 0 0 22553 0 WorkingMode@Idle= 22553 0 LineState(iLineId).iVgsIdx = 0 22553 0 set EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 1 22563 0 set EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 2 22563 0 tapi Reply 66220 0 23505 0 LsAwaitingCalls EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 23505 0 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE start 23505 0 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:66203) 0 24116 0 lineOpen(0) => 0 24116 0 Waiting for a call... 24126 0 lineOpen(0)LineHandle=66101 Share this post Link to post
