Voicemail Not Recording

I'm testing the voicemail box by immediately routing the call to a specified voicemail box.

The problem is that sometimes, the caller can leave voicemail, and at other times, usually the 2nd call (ie. to the same voicemail box), the system hangs up on the caller immediately after the female voice prompt with the beep.

 

I'm using Proline/2V, Enterprise+Dialer, 1-line. Windows 98.

 

Attached are the log files. This one shows the first call being recorded okay, but the 2nd call a minute later being dropped immediately after the system voice prompt/beep.

Looks like you are using VG for TAPI.

 

You should be using VG for Dialogic.

 

You will get problems like these when using VG for TAPI with Dialogic cards. The Dialogc WAVE drivers have problems which result in problems like the one you see happening here.
