Scroll Bar Trouble In Script Designer

Dear Sir,

While I use script designer 5.2.2005 on Win 2000 and Win XP the Vertical Scroll Bar not working properlly with attachment module in , I can't control on my module to move around up or down. Try open the attachment module and try to move around up or down to see what will happening.

I have registered VoiceGuide v5.2.5000.

This problem happend whith long scripts only.

Dear support,

 

I'm running the scriptdesigner 5.2.2005 on Win 2000 and Win XP and am experiencing the trouble with scroll bars mentioned elsewhere on the forum. When I click above or below the scrollbar to scroll up/down, the screen just keeps scrolling, like it's stuck. This seem sto happens more often if I run other programs in the background. It's very annoying. Is it a know bug? Is there a workaround?

We are aware this is happening on some systems. We have seen this happen ourselves occasionally.

 

We have also seen this happen with other applications and at this stage we are still looking for a resolution to this issue.
