SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/21/2006 12:48 PM Just stick with the two lowest ones: 1400 and 2060 This is a very strange busy/disconnect tone, the frequences in tone are usually much lower and more distict. Have you tried speaking with the telphone company to confirm is that is what theya re intentionally sending? It almost seems as if it is a problem with their equipment... Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/23/2006 01:33 PM The first one would be the one to use... As mentioned before this is a very unusual tone so not use what the detection reliability would be... Share this post Link to post
Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 06/23/2006 05:46 PM This tone is generate at the time VoIP phone is disconnected from internet. The problem we have is, in middle east the internet service is not reliable, it suddenly disconnected; when VoIP Phone is disconnected from internet, however other party disconnect the phone, our line is still busy, because VG can not recognize this tone to disconnect the line. thanks for your advice. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/23/2006 05:53 PM Is the Dialogic card unable to detect that tone when using the frequency/cadence definition as per previous post? Or does it detect it unreliably? Share this post Link to post
Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 06/26/2006 05:14 PM I am using VG for Dialogic software. The disconnect tone would be enter into the configline.xml file. However we enter the attached tone promoters into the configline.xml. The VG or Dialogic card can not recognize it. Do you think I can use voice recognizer software? I am thinking, if I can program Voice recognizer the way when it hear this tone, it generate a digit between 1 to 9, then I can program VG to hang-up the line when it got any digit between 1 to 9.
