Invalid Registration

We are having a problem with registration. We switched our Intel Dialogic drivers to a cas mode instead of isdn using the same board. Voiceguide is now showing that it is invalid registration. This is the 48 line + dialer version. We will be adding another 48 line license to an additional board within the next upcoming weeks. Right now voiceguide is working in 4 line demo mode for our testing until we can fix this registration issue. This IVR is going live and will be handling thousands of calls a day. Will we have this problem in the future? Please let me know the fix for this.

Is the Dialogic service started before VoiceGuide is started?

Please ensure Dialogic service is started and then try starting VG.
