bwenzel@cleartel.com Report post Posted 06/20/2006 08:28 PM We are having a problem with registration. We switched our Intel Dialogic drivers to a cas mode instead of isdn using the same board. Voiceguide is now showing that it is invalid registration. This is the 48 line + dialer version. We will be adding another 48 line license to an additional board within the next upcoming weeks. Right now voiceguide is working in 4 line demo mode for our testing until we can fix this registration issue. This IVR is going live and will be handling thousands of calls a day. Will we have this problem in the future? Please let me know the fix for this.
