Dlgc Dx_open Error

I have just upgrades from a 4 line to 8 line licence and have installed a D/120JCT-LS - Euro dialogic card in place of a 4 line card.

I have added 4 more lines to config file (Cut and paste existing 4 and changed channels to 5-8).

When I start voiceguide the first 4 lines start ok but the last 4 say 'dlgc dx_open(dxxxB1C5)error 2 (Check if Dialogic Service is started)'.

I have uninstalled dialogic drivers and re installed with drivers off the intel website, but same problem.

The 5th to 8th entries should use these Dialogic device names:

 

dxxxB2C1

dxxxB2C2

dxxxB2C3

dxxxB2C4
