When they answer the phone, a prerecorded greeting is delivered. The spoken content of the message can remind them to meet a friend for lunch, watch a TV program, or in the case of a latchkey child to do their assigned homework. If however, the monitored person fails to respond by pressing a touch-tone button when prompted, up to (3) preconfigured phone numbers can be automatically dialed to summon a personal visit by a relative or emergency care professional." AND MORE: if there's no answer or busy for 24h, the system will auto-call the preconfigured phone numbers (up to 3 numbers PER CLIENTS) Is it possible to do this easily ? i really need help... Have a look at the Call Escalation features and options which let you run scripts if none of the attempted calls were answered.
