emynkechi Report post Posted 07/23/2006 10:54 PM I have serious problem with end of call detection. I am using Panasonic KX-TA308 PBX System. I have tried my D/4PCI Dialogic to detect Disconnection from the PBX but it never worked. The PBX Instalation manual does not contain any information about the DTMF Tone to send when call is terminated. DOES anybody know the KX-TA308 "Hangup" DTMF Tone to be Added to Voiceguide for immediate hangup? OR If eventually the Panasonic KX-TA308 PBX System does not have nor support DTMF Intergration, COULD I be recommended of any PBX System that sends "Hangup" DTMF Tone perfectlty which Voicegude will recognize. This would assist me in purchasing a new PBX System. Urgently help would be highly appreciated. Emy Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/23/2006 10:59 PM The PBX does not need to send a DTMF tone on end of call - as long as it plays some disconnect tone/signal then VG can be configured to detect it and hang up upon hearing of that tone. Have you read this Help file entry: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Disc...ctionDetect.htm Share this post Link to post
