Dialogic Config Manager seizes on start

I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall the dialogic board driver again. but as soon as DCM wants to connect to local, my computer jam.

 

I reinstall the driver, I fixed the conflect in control panel system, but still the DCM at the time of connect jam my computer.

 

would you please gave me a suggetion how to solve this the problem.

If the Dialogic drivers themselves are having problems starting then you should seek assistance from the Dialogic supplier from whom the card was purchased.
