Incoming Calls Hear Outbound Script

Hello,

 

we use Dialogic 4PCIU. For outbound calling we enable 2 lines. These 2 lines still receive inbound calls but sometimes the inbound caller will hear the ouitbound script. How can I stop this from happening?

This situation will occasionally happen on analog lines if the telephone company is allowed to send calls on the same lines that are used for making outgoing calls.

 

The only way to be certain this does not happen is to not have any incoming calls arriving on the analog lines used for outgoing calls.

 

This problem does not occur if Digital ISDN lines are used.
