bwenzel@cleartel.com Report post Posted 08/16/2006 01:55 PM This is the email sent yesterday morning to sales. Can someone please respond so we can purchase the additional 48 lines asap. VoiceGuide, We currently have a 48 line + dialer license and would like to upgrade to a 96 line + dialer license. Our current configuration has a 48 line license on board 0, slot 0, with an id of HX021693. We have recently added another dialogic card in slot 1, with an ID of HX018418. To upgrade to the 96 line capacity how do we go about filling the information out on your purchase page on the web site? We would like to purchase this today. We would like all 96 lines running on the same server so is this another 48 line purchase with a VG Unique ID of HX021693 | HX018418? Will 2 separate 48 line vg applications have to be running? Thank You, Brian Wenzel Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/19/2006 06:22 AM It looks like your cleartel.com mail server may be rejecting emails sent from us. We just got one of our emails sent to you from us returned as "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)", and the reason was specified as: 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 521-'This system is configured to reject mail from 203.59.1.224' Maybe you should find out why your email server is set to reject email sent from that IP address... the IP corresponds to one of our Internet access provider's mail server (ihug-mail.icp-qv1-irony6.iinet.net.au).
