The system is active and with the required licenses. Lately we a problem have been shown with the voice guide, sometimes it don't allow us to make incoming nor outgoing calls. When we restart the system a message comes along saying we have a demo of the Intel Dialogic Card and after 10 consecutive hours of used we have to restart the service to make it work again. At the time when we got your services no one told us we had to get a different license than the one we got for Voice Guide. You could understand the problem these is, because we can't restart the system frequently and its affecting our services. Is a missing license what is causing the problem? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/24/2006 02:43 AM message comes along saying we have a demo of the Intel Dialogic Card and after 10 consecutive hours of used we have to restart the service to make it work again You should contact the Dialogic supplier from where you purchased the card and advise them that they should provide you with drivers for the purchased hardware. The Dialogic drivers that you are using now are the evaluation version which stop working after 10 hours and need restarting. Which Dialogic card are you using? Most cards can be used with SR5.1.1 drivers and SR5.1.1SP1, and you do not need the FP1 or SR6.0 drivers. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/28/2006 09:49 PM From http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm : D/4PCIU & D/4PCIUF cards require either the SR5.1.1 Feature Pack 1 drivers, or the SR5.1.1 + SR5.1.1 SP1 + D4PCIU support patch. See http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm for links to the SR5.1.1 + SR5.1.1 SP1 + D4PCIU support patch which will work with your D/4PCIUF card. Share this post Link to post
