Can I Use A Disi24r2 Dialogic Card With Voiceguide?

Hi, I have an autodialer setup with 24-lines. The t1 card is working just fine....

 

Our original plan was to do outgoing voicemail messages to homes, but now we want to have a predictive dialer.

 

Will the disi24r2 card work to connect our agents to the telephone lines connected to the t1?

 

what steps do i need to do to go about configuring it to work with voiceguide?

we are currently running dialogic system release 6.0

p.s. the t1 is connected via a d/240jct-t1 card

It is possible to use the DISI boards with VoiceGuide, but this functionality is not at this stage included in the version of VoiceGuide that is downloadable from our WWW.
