Guest adorablepuppt Report post Posted 08/31/2006 04:54 PM Hi, I am testing this for my job, they want to implement an IVR system for data entry. I am having issues with sound files. THe first sound file I play cuts off about 2 seconds in. The rest of the sounds play fine and the calls follow my scheme fine. It's just the first sound that is affected. I've tried various sounds there and can't seem to get it working right. Also, there is a large delay from phone pickup to playing the first sound. Is there a way to remedy it? Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
