DonWade Report post Posted 09/01/2006 06:21 AM (edited) When we originally registered we had no network connection to our computer so the ID generated was for our hard drive. at the time you sent us the following information: [Quoted Registration Code removed by SupportTeam] Since our hard drive was showing signs of failure we have replaced it, transferring all files and the operating system (Windows ME). No other changes were made to our computer other than the new hard drive. Voice Guide (v. 5.1.7001) now shows as being unregistered with the unique ID of H9283.
