dario Report post Posted 09/04/2006 12:45 PM Dear Support, I've installed your VG for Dialogic version on a brand new MS Windows XP PC with following configuration: SW SR5.1.1 + SR5.1.1 SP1 + D4PCIU support patch MS Windows XP SP2 HW Hardware used is an Intel-Like PC with D/4PCIU board installed in a PCI slot. Analog lines are then connected to analog internal ports of a Detewe PBX OpenCom 100. LOCATION Just in case, we're located in Italy. DESCRIPTION Driver installation went straight away so did VG for Dialogic including patches. Unfortunately, when I try to call any analog port, VG don't recognize incoming call. As a test, I simply stopped VG for Dialogic and used one of sample programs provided in bundle with Intel Dialogic System Software (among others, I used Asynchronous Callback). Well, with those sample program, board works properly and through the phone I can hear welcome message from Dialogic. So, apparently, board works ok also in junction with analog ports from our PBX. Any idea on why your software doesn't recognize incoming call? Let me know if you need any further detail on our used configuration. Thank you very much for your kind support. Best, Dario Share this post Link to post
