SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/08/2006 05:39 AM The Say Number module uses pre-recorded sound file snippets and concatenates them together to speak out the entire number/date/etc. The default set of the pre-recorded sound files is located in VoiceGuide's \system\voice\ subdirectory. To obtain a uniform sounding system you would need to replace the sound files in \system\voice\ subdirectory with your own. This is quite common. the Say Number voice is quite loud compared to the recorded WAV files i have. Sounds like your current recordings are not optimally recorded. You could try to either edit the sound files in \system\voice\ to reduce their volume or edit your sound files to increase their volume.
