Autodialer Hangs Up

When using the Autodialer as soon as i answer the phone the system hangs up, i set the silence detection to 10 and 100, but that did not seem to affect anything - Please help - Thanks

Nevermind - I resolved this issue, for what ever reason it was my fax mach although it was not set for autoanswer,but i guess it still sends singal over the land line when then VOice guide does it job and hangs up.
