Actually i have changed my phone line..its a PNT line now (mtnl).... Voice guide works cool with the other telephone line (airtel)..... but i dont no what happens to it with this new PNT line..... Are the calls arriving on the new line? Have you tried attaching an analog phone to the new line and checking if you can answer incoming calls with the handset attached to that line?
