Vg Dialer - Remove Outbound Call Numbers Loaded

I am using the following setup:

Win XP Pro SP2

VG for Dialogic v6.0.3157

Dialogic PCI4U board

Dialogic SR6.0 PCI SU95

 

I use the telephone number loader to schedule 200 to 300 calls into VG Dialer.

 

However, I added a batch of 200 numbers without scheduling the time for the calls to be made first.

I would like to remove / delete the numbers from VG Dialer but cannot find out how to do this.

 

Can you tell me how I can remove the numbers loaded please, thanks.

You need to open the OutDialQue database itself (see VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory) and delete the entries manully.

 

Another option is to stop VG, delete the OutDialQue database altogether, then start VG again and load in the calls again.
