ktruk Report post Posted 09/14/2006 10:51 AM Hi. Can you give me (and all the opther readers of this forum) a quick run-down on the current state of play about Voice Recognition in Voice Guide...? Specifically: is it available, in development, limitations/options, etc? I would be very interested to get a general update about this. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/14/2006 01:36 PM A Speech Recognition version is available but systems need to be designed and deployed by our staff or experienced speech recognition system designers who know how to create ASR Grammars. It is at this stage not available for general free download. The ASR engines like Nuance, Telisma etc. are not available for free evaluation downloads, so there is no way to just download and try things like you would with v5.x of VoiceGuide or VoiceGuide for Dialogic. Deployment of an systems based on these ASR engines requires a scoping and design process to identify callflow and which ASR licenses need to be purchased. Enquiries about installation of Speech Recognition systems should be directed to sales@voiceguide.com along with description of your requirements. Share this post Link to post
