SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/06/2003 09:54 AM Some telephone systems require that when setting up a 3-way conference the 3rd party answers the call before completing the conference... On these systems a 3-way announced conference will work as it waits for 3rd party to answer and accept call. A blind conference on these system will not work as VoiceGuide completes the conference is immediately after dialing the number, before the 3rd party had a chance to answer the call... Some telephone systems allow the conference to be set up before the 3rd party answers the call. On these systems both blind and announced conferences will work. Share this post Link to post
