We are a company located in Costa Rica, Central America, that develop software solutions and we need to develop an IVR solution for one of our clients. We have read the description of your product "VoiceGuide" and it seems to have the abilities we require for this solution (credit card validation-VISA, MASTERCARD-, data base interaction). However, we have some questions that we need to answer: 1. How is the final release of the script installed and run on the client's computers? Does VoiceGuide generate an exe file? Does it have a "player" that executes the script? 2. Our client needs this solution to operate with 45 phone lines. Which would be your hardware recommendation (PC, Dialogic cards) and license recommendation for this number of phone lines? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/14/2006 11:33 PM Each VoiceGuide installation requires a VoiceGuide license installed. Is 45 phone lines all at one site? In that case you will need a 48 line license. Are the line analog? If yes then you can use four D/120JCT cards or three DMV160LP cards. If lines are digital (T1/E1 lines) then look at using D/480JCT or the D/600JCT card. PC needs to have 1GB RAM. Any current Intel CPU is fine. Any current version of Windows is fine (WinXP Pro is most commonly used) Share this post Link to post
