I have: windows 2000 server service pack 4 pentium 4 3000 mhz 1 Gb RAM + voiceguide 5.1.2051 The system doesn´t get the numbers using "get numbers" module, it pass to the next module because timeout. I introduced numbers in my phone, I can see in the PC the numbers I am introducing but voiceguide doesn´t asign the number to the correspondent variable. However, if I push "#" at the phone after the number, it works properly. Share this post Link to post

If you still encounter problems: Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=00 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
