pdr Report post Posted 09/24/2006 06:30 PM I've upgraded to the latest version of VoiceGuide (6.0.3160) (WinXP & all the usual service packs) and I'm having problems with the Outdialer. Quite often throughout the day one (or several) of the outgoing lines will lock at OMG1 and the line(s) becomes unusable until I manually hang up the call. I have attached the log and the previous outgoing call on this line. The problem call starts at 180956.63. I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction? What was the trace level set to on this machine? (1 ?) Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VG. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. After you see the problem occur please post the traces. (include some other calls in the trace as well for comparison) When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
