Problem On Transfer Call

I have a PC with XP PRO SP2 and USB VOICE MODEM Smartlink.

 

I have a problem when i try to make a transfer call.

 

It's seem that a EV_TIMEOUT_HANGUP force the PBX to respond in 3 seconds.

 

It is possible to change this setting?

If you do not see the transfer working then it looks like the modem is not issuing a hookflash that is correct length for your PBX. There is no way to change the hookflash length of modems.

 

You should look at getting a Dialogic card.
