jlperezdiaz Report post Posted 10/06/2006 03:48 PM Transfering calls by default it sents the calling Number and called number on the setup message as unknown. Tipically we must get configured "ISDN Numbering Plan - Recomendation E164 / E163". How do we configured this parameter in the voiceguide environment? Currently the switch where it´s transiting the calls is rejecting the calls with cause 28 tipically due to this paramenter in the calling number and called number information element. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/06/2006 09:05 PM Can you please let us know: What phone company supplied the ISDN line? What is the ISDN protocol set on this line? What is the brand and model of the switch to which you are connecting? Was the trace you provided generated by VoiceGuide using the "ktTelControl_TraceSelect.txt" + ISDTRACE.EXE method, or did you generate it using other software? Configuring the individual parameters of the ISDN Setup message is done in the ConfigLine.xml file, within the <ConfigLine><isdn><msgSetup> section. See the sample ConfigLine.xml file which is supplied to be used for ISDN systems. The settings which can be used are covered in the VG Help file, in the section "System Configuration"->"T1/E1 ISDN Configuration". Online copy of the relevant page from the Help file is here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/configIsdnSetup.htm Share this post Link to post
