Guest bcool Report post Posted 10/11/2006 03:36 AM After installing the Dialogic board (and VoiceGuide for Dialogic), the "Standby" option in my Shutdown menu has been disabled. I tried shutting down the Dialogic board (and disabling it), but I still can't get my computer to enter Standby. Is there a setting somewhere that can fix this? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/11/2006 03:45 AM Don't know why the Standby option in Windows' Shutdown menu is coming up as disabled. Just checked on our test systems here and the Standby option does not look disabled on them. Share this post Link to post
Guest bcool Report post Posted 10/12/2006 08:11 PM Hmmm..it's working now. Apparently I had to 1) disable the Dialogic board, then 2) reboot. I guess the Dialogic disables the Standby mode when it starts up, and the only way to get it back is to reboot when the board is disabled. Which makes sense, because you don't want the system to go into Standby when you're set up to take phone calls. Share this post Link to post
