tbird Report post Posted 10/12/2006 02:32 PM After a few hours of use the text to speech capabilities fail on our VoiceGuide system. I have noticed that this occurs typically after a Script GoTo event is called leading a user to another script. A great deal of our TTS is comprised of $RV variables based on database queries. A restart of VoiceGuide brings the text to speech back up. Share this post Link to post

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=10 Then restart VG and wait thill the problem occurs. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. Indicate time/call when problem occurred.
