Dialogic Card For 24 Lines?

Recommended Posts

What is the cost of a dialogic card for 24 lines? Is it all right to have it on just 1 PC and provide 24 telephone lines into it? Or will I require 24 PCs also for 24 telephone lines? Kindly advice

You should probably be looking at getting a T1 ISDN line. T1 ISDN can carry 24 lines over one cable. Speak to your telephone company about this option. The Dialogic card you would use to connect to a T1 ISDN line is a D/240JCT.

In some countries instead of T1 ISDN you can get an E1 ISDN - which carries up to 30 lines on one cable.

If you want to have 24 analog lines then you should have two D/120JCT cards in the PC. Each of the D/120JCT cards takes 12 analog lines.

Having 24 lines handled by one PC is normal. VoiceGuide can control up to about 300 lines on one PC - you just use multiple Dialogic cards in one PC. Dialogic also makes cards which can handle 48, 60 and 120 lines per card.
