Dialogic Trace Logs

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

We are using E1 connection and we are having problems with our calls because most of it (more than 50%) are getting busy. The problem now is that we are not getting busy tone. I ran the trace log of dialogic and it shows that cause value is 10001 which is busy. I would like to know in my trace if there's a way to determine if it's a fast busy or slow busy.

Thanks,

Jun

Are you using VoiceGuide on this system?

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

Then restart VG and make outgoing calls which demonstrate the busy problem.

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
