Guest elSueco Report post Posted 10/30/2006 11:54 AM I found in another thread a program instsrv.exe to install/remove services. I can install voiceguide as a service, but i cannot start it. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/30/2006 12:10 PM There are a number of applications which you can use to start VG as a service - try using another one if instsrv.exe does not function as expected on your system. Share this post Link to post

danbaddog Report post Posted 11/27/2006 02:31 PM I have try XYNTService and srvany. SRVANY: When I reboot my XP computer, the service name SRVANY start correctly but voice guide does't work. If I stop the service, then start the service again , voiceguide work perfectly. It's seemed that the service it starting to fast before a device driver maybe ??? Dialogic Modem that I have. With XYNTService it's the same thing. There is a parameter called PauseStart in xyntservice, but it's not working if I increase the number. Have you tested voice guide in service at least ? I need the exact configuration for a XP computer please. XP service pack2 Modem Intel DIALOGIC D/4PCI-U Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/27/2006 08:42 PM You need to make the VoiceGuide service dependant on the Dialogic service. The Dialogic services must be fully started before VG service is started. The “Pause Start” setting in XYNT Service should work... maybe the delay was not ling enough? It does take a few minutes to start the larger Dialogic systems... Share this post Link to post
