bgharddisk Report post Posted 10/31/2006 06:13 PM VG Dialogic 6.0.3179 I have tried: dxxxB1C1, dxxxB1C2, dxxxB1C1 dxxxB1C1, 1, 2 None of which work. If I pass a null value it works fine, but I cannot choose the line. Each line has different outbound CID info, and I need to be able to choose. Thank You. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/31/2006 08:12 PM What method are you using to load outgoing calls? Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then perform the number load (or run the script etc). Trace Log files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces (and any VoiceGuide scripts used). When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. bgharddisk Report post Posted 10/31/2006 11:43 PM I have emailed it to you at support@voiceguide.com. Please do not post the log. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/31/2006 11:59 PM Please post the traces here, removing from them any information you do not want in public domain. Just mark where any log lines were removed with something like this: [private information removed] Share this post Link to post
bgharddisk Report post Posted 11/01/2006 12:25 AM (edited) I dont appreciate this at all. Do you have a supervisor? ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE MY LIFE MORE DIFFICULT? Its not enough that your product isnt working properly and my only recourse is a message board? I have to spend time debating the method in which my log is communticated? I realize you don't value my time, but I can't spend hours sanitizing a log just because... [supportTeam edit: Font Size/Boldnes reduced to normal size for readability] Edited 11/01/2006 12:50 AM by SupportTeam Share this post Link to post
