Dialogic Card Problem D/240sc

hi

i have two dialogic cards installed in my PC , but i cant start them.

Overview

Operating System : Windows 2000

Dialogic Card 1 : D/240SC-T1 at ID 1

Card 2: MSI/SC-Global at ID 0

Bus 0

 

i use amcat client to connect, and manipulate these cards.

these cards were not used for a very long time , and now when i tried using them again , i could not start the amcat appliaction , it kept on giving me the error "voice processing drivers not started", so i serached a bit on google, and found your forum. then i opened DCM and got these IDs for respective cards. when i try to perform the tests on the cards, THe first three tests for first card(D/240SC) are passed : Board Sanity test, Shared ram test , and local ram test. but whenever it comes to DSP test , the PC freezes showing a blue screen and saying dumping physical memory , then i have to reset the PC, it keeps on happening.

 

i included all the details i could as of now , please help me to solve this problem,
