More explanation : The first computer I have installed VoiceGuide has crached !! So I baught and install again VoiceGuide but my old licence doesn't work anymore. What is the email address from which you sent the emails? Emails regarding registration never go unanswered if we receive them, so we either have not received your email or for some reason it was filtered by the Spam/Junk Mail filters. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/28/2007 12:35 PM We have a record of sending you your original registration key on 15th July 2006, to the following addresses: fa@belgapub.be, didier.m@belgapub.be Looks like you have received that key as you quote it yourself in your own post. We did not receive any other emails from "belgapub.be" domain after that. Please try sending the email again and post here same time as you are sending it. Share this post Link to post
