Is There An Element To Add A Prefix Using Outdial_new.xml File?

I need to append a prefix of 9, to the front of the phone number on every outbound call. I am using OutDial_New.xml to load numbers.

 

Is there an Element to add a prefix of 9, to the front of every phone number?

 

Maybe there is a system setting that always puts a prefix on the front of every number. I see a place to put it in the Telephone Number Loader GUI. I see it in the vg.ini file.

 

How do I make it work with OutDial_New.xml?

There is no prefix field in OutDial_New.xml. Just add the 9 (or whatever prefix you'd like) to the front of the number when creating the OutDial_New.xml file...
