ktruk Report post Posted 11/17/2006 10:33 AM neliath: You will need to make sure that a TAPI "TSP" and wave-driver is installed that connects the CAPI ISDN channel to the card. This may come with the card, or you may have to buy a 3rd party CAPI>TAPI and wave driver, such as ComISDN. This will connect the card to VoiceGuide. See http://www.comisdn.com - there is 30 day demo to try. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/26/2006 08:43 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the startup and the incoming call, this will allow us to see what is happening. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/28/2006 12:01 AM VoiceGuide is awaiting the CallerID information message before answering the call. ComISDN usually sends this at the same time as the OFFERING event. You may want to ask ComISDN why the CallerID is not being sent, and how to set it up to have the CallerID sent. If ComISDN sends the CallerID I think you will see that VG answers the call. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/18/2006 11:14 PM Are you using v4.9 of VoiceGuide? Where did you get v4.9 of VG from? Share this post Link to post
neliath Report post Posted 12/19/2006 07:07 AM Yes, i have 2 Trial-Versions, v4.9 from an old Shareware/Prog-CD from a Friend, and v5.2.5049 from your Site. When i install the v5.2, the configwiz dont display the TSP-Lines (comisdn and AVM) and I cannot test VG. So i have it deinstalled and install the old Version from the CD. This found the Lines, but i have the scripted Problems. I will test VG als Alternative for my IVR-Prog "SACS Softart-Capiserver (www.softart.at)", what i have Licensed. I will Test VG and learn. VG-Scriptinterface ist much better, and this is my interrest, but i cannot Test without VG run and answher a call. Is the v4.9 critical or nomore to buy ? Thanks for help an Greez neliath Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/19/2006 07:51 AM When i install the v5.2, the configwiz dont display the TSP-Lines (comisdn and AVM) and I cannot test VG.It's surprising that it would not display the lines. I'd try re-installing the comISDN drivers. v4.9 of VG is no longer sold. Besides - you can see it does not work with CAPI cards. Share this post Link to post
