And when i disconnect the dialogic doesn't release the line, i tried to mesasure the frequency and on/off parameteres using the PBx expert but with no luck with the results. And after measuring the signal i got the following parameters: Freq1: 425 Freq1 dev: 40 Freq2: 0 Freq2 dev: 0 On time: 20 On time dev: 5 Off time: 20 Off time dev: 5 Repetition count: 2 But still the Dialogic card doesn't release the line after i disconnect. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/12/2006 10:39 PM The recording shows this is an unusual type of tone. The end of tone is not well defined, and it is composed of many frequencies, rather the one or two dominant frequencies. The length of the ON section of the tone is about 200ms, but then the tone dies off over the next 100ms, so you could say length of tone is actually 300ms... Overall cycle is about 480ms. The frequencies are a real problem though. It's hard to say if just specifying 425Hz will be sufficient as it does not stand out that much from other frequencies (which are mostly it's harmonics). Try these settings: Freq1: 425 Freq1 dev: 40 Freq2: 0 Freq2 dev: 0 On time: 25 On time dev: 10 Off time: 25 Off time dev: 10 Repetition count: 1 but if they do not work then you should look at using other phone lines which have better defined disconnect tone or offer loop current drop signaling.
