Guest Gulano Report post Posted 11/12/2006 10:56 PM Hi Support, Does VoiceGuide for Dialogic has a problem with showing the colorID on the screen? I configure it in the VG.ini file but nothing is showing on the screen. The other version of voiceguide which I was using was showing the colorID and I am still using the same telephone line with colorID service. Is there a known problem with pop up options? Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

Changing the CallerID popup settings via the dropdown listbox should work as well... If you still have problems update your VoiceGuide install with the attached file and make the trace again.
