Error 3548

Hello

1. Im using the version 6 of voice guide. Im getting an error : Unhandled win32 exception occured in VgMulti.exe [3548] when I do set and Run. Why am I getting this error message and what I should do?

 

2. If I am buying Boice guide today which version I will get, 5 or 6? Do I have the option of what to select ?

Im using a dialogic card.

Not sure why you would be getting this error - that command button (from the Script Designer) starts the VoiceGuide application just fine on our test systems.

 

Maybe if you installed both versions of VG on your system the different versions got mixed up (?) You should ensure that the versions of the script designer and the VoiceGuide application itself match.

 

Note that in VG for Dialogic the setting of what script should be used is done only by editing the Config.xml file, so this button does not actually set the script - it just starts VG and VG reads in the Config.xml file...

 

As this system is using a Dialogic card you should be using v6.x of VoiceGuide.

The issued registration codes work in both versions.

When Modifying the existing scripts in /scripts and clicking on Set and Run Script I`m getting the error description as follows:

 

Just - in - Time Debugging this Exception failed with the following error : No installed debugger has just in time debugging enabled....

As per previously provided response: Please confirm that version of Script Designer matches that of VoiceGuide installed on your system.
