SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/30/2003 03:22 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. Share this post Link to post
Guest potentialcust Report post Posted 07/30/2003 04:55 AM Thanks for your prompt reply, i did manage to progressive record more time, from 7 s to 20 s but the message is still very short; my guess is the sys tends to hang up automatically if there is a short pause here's the debug log 41906 5 tapie callstate OFFERING 65641 0 4 41906 5 tapie ring 1 50296 5 tapie ring 2 50296 5 Answer the call 50296 5 lineAnswer(65641) => 65624 50296 5 tapie callstate ACCEPTED 65641 0 0 54906 5 tapi Reply 65624 0 54906 5 tapie callstate CONNECTED 65641,0,0 54906 5 WorkingModeTAPI= 54906 5 WorkingModeScript= 54906 5 Inband detection not enabled 54906 5 [Welcome] Playing 54906 5 [Welcome] Playing (0001.wav) 55265 5 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Documents and Settings\hwtse\Desktop\0001.wav] 55265 5 RunModule PLAY end 57250 5 tapie monitordigits 57 2 57250 5 LsPlayMsg [9] 57250 5 PlaySoundStop ok 57250 5 [Menu] Ask for Vmb Id 57609 5 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbAccessGetVmbId.wav] 61046 5 tapie monitordigits 48 2 61046 5 LsVmMenu_GetIdPlay [0] 61046 5 PlaySoundStop ok 61062 5 Get Vmb Id: 0 61796 5 tapie monitordigits 48 2 61796 5 LsVmMenu_GetId [0] 61796 5 Get Vmb Id: 00 62578 5 tapie monitordigits 48 2 62593 5 LsVmMenu_GetId [0] 62593 5 Get Vmb Id: 000 63140 5 tapie monitordigits 49 2 63140 5 LsVmMenu_GetId [1] 63156 5 Get Vmb Id: 0001 63750 5 tapie monitordigits 35 2 63765 5 LsVmMenu_GetId [#] 63765 5 [0001] Playing Welcome Message 64109 5 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbWelcomeMsgDefault.wav] 64109 5 [0001] Play welcome message 66968 5 Play End line[5] (id=63765) 66968 5 LsVmLm_PlayWelc EV_PLAY_FINISHED 67312 5 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\beep1.wav] 67500 5 Play End line[5] (id=66968) 67500 5 LsVmLm_PlayWelc_Beep EV_PLAY_FINISHED 67734 5 RecSoundStart file[C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\VmSave\0001_0730130240_1_5_.wav] ok 67734 5 [0001] Recording Message 81734 5 LsVmLm_Rec EV_SILENCE_DETECTED 81734 5 Silence Detected 81843 5 LsVmLm_Rec EV_REC_FINISHED 81859 5 HangupCall called from [srvm] 81859 5 Hanging up call... 81859 5 PlaySoundStop ok 81859 5 fnHangupCall end 82859 5 tapie callstate DISCONNECTED 65641,1,0 82875 5 LsAwaitingCalls EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT 82875 5 PlaySoundStop ok 82875 5 HangupCall called from [] 82875 5 Hanging up call... 82875 5 PlaySoundStop ok 82875 5 fnHangupCall end 82890 5 tapie callstate IDLE 65641 0 0 82890 5 WorkingMode@Idle= 82906 5 set EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 2 82906 5 tapi Reply 65607 0 82906 5 tapi Reply 65675 0 83937 5 LsAwaitingCalls EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 83937 5 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE start 83937 5 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:65641) 0 83968 5 lineOpen(5) => 0 83968 5 Waiting for a call... 83968 5 lineOpen(5)LineHandle=65658 Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/30/2003 05:37 AM We see in the trace: EV_SILENCE_DETECTED This means that VoiceGuide detected that there was silence in the recorded message and it hung up the call. You can adjust silence detection settings in VG.INI file - please see the "SilenceDetectLevel" and "SilenceDetectLength" entries. You should probably increase the value of both of them for your system Share this post Link to post
